Perfluorinated ion exchange membrane

The perfluorinated cation exchange membranes are non-reinforced films based on chemically stabilized perfluorosulfonic acid, we produce the cation exchange membranes with the new casting method, the Ion-Exchange Membrane has high tensile strength, isotropic, high electrical conductivity, good chemical properties, and so on.
The PFSA SY-11P series membranes are non-reinforced films based on PFSA polymer, a perfluorosulfonic acid copolymer in the acid (H+) form. Our PFSA membranes perform as a solid polymer electrolyte in fuel cells and other applications in electrochemistry and separation technology for a variety of electrochemical process, especially in the redox flow battery (RFB). The membranes are located between the cathode and anode and transports protons formed near the catalyst at the hydrogen electrode to the oxygen electrode thereby allowing the current to be drawn from the cell. The membranes show significant improvements in features such as better resistance to chemical attack and longer operating durability in the redox flow battery (RFB).

Our Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membrane SY-11P is particularly suitable for use as a solid electrolyte membrane in redox flow battery, Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells, water electrolyzers,vanadium cells, electrolytic cells, electrodialysis, electrochemical sensors, and so on.The membrane performs as a separator and solid electrolyte in a variety of electrochemical cells that require the membrane to selectively transport cations across the cell junction. The polymer is chemically resistant and durable.

Our Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membrane has sheet and continuous roll:
Sheet material standard size:600mm*600mm;800mm*800mm;1000mm*1000mm
Continuous Roll: 800mm width and 680mm with continuous roll
We can also provide special customized size according to your requirement.
Standard packing is packaging the PIEM in plastic drum or bucket.
